Sparkles Car Wash

This place is one of the best auto washes I've ever been to, they also do high end mobile detailing and from my understanding they are now recently under new competent management, some of the vehicles coming out of the detail shop were 100.000$ cars looking immaculate. Wow plane was clean on site customer assistance never been to a car wash that was so personable. I will be recommending it to everybody i know and will definitely be returning regularly myself..I highly recommend you try it out for yourself.

It's an ok carwash but if you forget to hit the "stop" button (I got distracted by a guy asking for spare quarters) your card will charged the MAXIMUM amount of $20. WHAT A RIPOFF - AVOID THIS WORN-OUT OLD DUMP. There are numerous newer facilities close by where you can get a carwash for $10 with an UNLIMITED FREE VACUUM.

Today (Feb 6, 2025) I tried to use this car wash. Long ago, it was the best self-service car wash in town. No longer! I put 8 quarters into the machine on bay 5. And it did nothing! No turning water turning on, no option to refund my money. My advice: Stay away!

ORIGINAL POST: A few months ago was the first time I used this wash (self service wand). It was a good experience - cost was reasonable and hot wax came out of the nozzle (reason why I went there). The next two times I went, no wax. I visited the website and sent a message asking what day of the week they restocked. No reply (have never received a reply). I've gone a few more times since then (3-4) and there was only one other time when hot wax was dispensed. A little over a week ago I called and left a voice message asking the same question of what day of the week they restocked. I have not received a response. My rating is two fold - inconsistency in the service and a seemiingly total lack of care or attention from ownership. UPDATE: 9 months later, never received a return communication. I left another voice message. No return call. The building has significant deferred maintenance now. Hit or miss whether or not the bay works. Unfortunate. UPDATE, February 2026. The building appears to have some maintenance done. A new payment system in place, but still inconsistent with hot wax and spot free additives. I may stop by again, but I won't go out of my way to go th

Great car wash. You are able to use debit cards and coins for all of the equipment which is big plus. Equipment works well, the property itself is fairly clean. Prices are in line with other self service car washes. Not crowded at all. I never feel rushed when I am here.
